At Scottsdale Bible Church I’m the Pastor of the Minister-In-Residence (MIR) program. 

This is a program that comes alongside men and women as we develop their gifts and abilities toward the end goal of full-time vocational ministry. The program is 3 years long, which includes significant time spent in various ministries within our church. In addition, each MIR is also attending Dallas Theological Seminary. It’s a lot of work, and I get the opportunity to walk with them each and every step of the way.
